Recovery Centers of Michigan’s agencies cover fifteen counties in the Upper Peninsula, along with the thirty most northern counties in the Lower Peninsula. However residents from across Michigan, as well as neighboring states utilize the facilities represented by Recovery Centers of Michigan. Recovery Centers of Michigan is made up of five 501 (c) 3 organizations that provide residential treatment for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. Populations typically served by the Recovery Centers of Michigan include PIHP covered clients and corrections referred clientele. Populations that are under-represented include health plan consumers and insurance exchange consumers. A goal of Recovery centers of Michigan is to gain contracting status and service access to health plans and insurance exchange consumers to better serve the residents of the state.
