About Us
Recovery Centers of Michigan serves individuals with Substance Use Disorder in central and northern Michigan. Five agencies make up Recovery Centers of Michigan, serving more than 9,000 individuals. The mission of all participating agencies is to provide effective and evidence-based treatment services to those struggling with substance use disorder; empowering clients and building the skills people need to develop and maintain long-term recovery, while also supporting community health strategies that reflect this.

Current Initiatives
Electronic Medical Records
Streamline Electronic Medical Records compatibility across the participating agencies of RCM.
Common Platform of Services
Development of a common platform of services across RCM agencies for continuum of care options, billing and technology infrastructure required for commercial carriers to expand participating providers in Michigan; work with commercial carriers in the development of community‑based criteria for SUD services.
Workforce Development & Credentialing
Improving training of counselors and other staff; collaborating to meet the requirements for workforce credentials and competencies.
Shared Purchasing
Consolidate purchasing of supplies, professional services, etc. for improved rates and terms.
